What is the minimum quantity I can order?

The minimum number of custom patches that can be ordered is 10 pieces per design size and color, however, there is a considerable savings if you order a higher quantity.

How long will it take to get my custom patches?

Due to current shipping delays, expect your order to take three to four weeks from the time you place your order. If you need your custom patches sooner, be sure to let us know.

How can I pay for my order?

Do you charge for shipping or sales taxes?

The tape backing is a peel and stick backing that is excellent for a temporary application, like at a trade show or weekend event. The glue is very adherent. We recommend a hot cut border for custom patches with tape backing.

Do you ship to an APO?

Yes, we can ship custom patches to an APO. There is a small shipping and handling charge to do that.

How durable is the iron-on backing?

When properly applied, the iron on backing for custom patches is good for approximately 20-30 washings. We recommend a hot cut border if the custom patches are going to be ironed on.

What materials are your custom patches made of?

The background fabric for custom embroidered patches is a poly-cotton blended twill. The threads are 100% rayon.
